Heavy solid copper roasting pan. Re-Tinned & ready for service.
Now this is no light weight pan & is designed for day long use in the best of restaurants, hotels, chateaus & palaces the world has seen!!!
At a massive 19.68lb with no thin/worn areas from sliding in & out on any of the corners this is truly one for generations to come.
As you can see from the photos there has been some previous marks etched out? What this said in the past, who knows? “THE GRAND HOTEL” or even “THE ROYAL PALACE”??? The table chatter would certainly be afoot serving from this delightfully classic, yet serious pan.
There is also the redacted area on the opposite side. Possibly a royal crescent, coronet or crown?
