From the famous house of Gaillard, 81 Faubourg Saint-Denis.
Gaillard was in production from the late 1700’s to the 1980’s & this example appears to be mid 19thC
I also have a slightly smaller one I am keeping for myself & the mark on the remaining pan of “RSH Station Hotel Newcastle” is far more distinct but mentioned here as a point of interest.
The RSH was opened by Queen Victoria in 1850 & remains in business today.

Handles: Bell Metal
Finish: Planished with age.
Base: Sits flat with slight concave inwards to the center. Remarkably flat for a pan of this size.
